About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to provide technical support to internal users and regional clients. The technician will ensure that systems, devices, and accounts are running efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve support tickets related to hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Perform device compliance and application deployment through Intune.
Document procedures and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
Assist with backup and disaster recovery operations.
Required Qualifications:
CompTIA A+ or MCSA certification.
2+ years of helpdesk or IT support experience.
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Intune.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
