About the Role:
Caribbean Financial Holdings is looking for an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer to oversee the company’s cybersecurity programme and lead a growing team of security professionals. The CISO will set strategic direction for information protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and governance.

Lead SOC, GRC, and security engineering teams.

Engage directly with the Board of Directors on cyber risk and resilience.

Build relationships with regulators and financial authorities.

Oversee business continuity and incident response frameworks.
Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership.

CISM, CISSP, or CRISC certification.

Strong background in financial services or regulated industries.
